Juliet Page
Juliet Page is a seasoned philanthropy professional who composed Julep Consulting’s team of talented professionals. In so doing, she has drawn upon her three decades of professional experience as an in-house fundraiser in New York, an agile disaster recovery and community development professional in New Orleans, and as confidential counsel to executive directors from what began as a small practice in Madison, WI.
Juliet was the Director of Development for the High Line and a founding member of the staff for that adaptive reuse project. Prior to that, she set institutional fundraising records at New Yorkers for Parks, the century-old citywide public space equity advocates. In post-Katrina New Orleans, she capitalized a $25 million fund for racially integrated, ecologically appropriate affordable housing. She has also served as an external advisor around climate change adaptation and resiliency philanthropy to the Rockefeller Foundation and Environmental Defense Fund for their respective work in the Gulf region. In 2022-2023, she was engaged by the nation’s generic manufacturer of mifepristone to identify and secure venture capital for the expansion of that privately held company and now works similarly for Cadence OTC to bring over the counter birth control to convenience stores in pharmacy deserts.
Juliet is politically active, particularly around electing women to public office. She is a board member for Friends of San Damiano, a new park that has increased the City of Monona’s public waterfront access by 50%. Previous board service includes the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, where she was interim executive director, Houston Needs A Swimming Hole, her synagogue in Madison, the Langston Hughes Academy in the Gentilly neighborhood of New Orleans, the Shadhika Foundation for Indian girls seeking secondary education, and Transportation Alternatives in New York City. She enjoys swimming and reading with her two sons and is originally from Santa Cruz, CA.
